I have a lot of leads and contacts with last name "unknown", sometimes the user puts in their own name. Really?! I get the question marks too. And then they complain the information in SFDC isn't complete enough. If I had a nickle for every time I said "Garbage in, Garbage out" I would be typing this from my Hawaiian beach house. Love your posts! This one made me smile.
