I discovered something meaningful with my prior post.
- Don’t blog after a breakup.
- Facebook is very hard to leave when you are homesick.
- I haven’t found an effective alternative for keeping in touch with family and friends, especially considering points 1 and 2.
After a few weeks of ridiculous FB posting, a friend informed me that I was acting in complete contrast to my post. I was sharing ridiculous pictures of my cats, recipes for meals I wanted to make, and blah blah blah.
I was going through an incredibly low point in my life and Facebook became my outlet.
But, I’ve learned from my inconsistency and am working on filtering myself.
Thanks to those that stuck with me.
I Still heart you jenna! :D <3
ReplyDeleteWho cares if you share pics of cats, recipes for meals etc. I mean seriously. I look at twitter/facebook/tumblr/twitpic as kind of a diary. Every so often you look back and see where you were. I did it just the other on my twitpic, was pretty cool. So what's the big deal anyways?
ReplyDeleteNow blogging after a breakup? You might want to let some time pass on that one as to let any heated tensions that may affect your writing, subside.
